- Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the return shipping instructions.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
- Packaging: Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include your RA# in the return package.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
